A dense and very pyramidal form.  Spring flowers are white.  Excellent fall color ranging from deep purple-red to orange.  Hardy and disease resistant.  Attractive in street or landscape planting.

Also referred to as 'Chanticleer', the Cleveland Select is tolerant of a wide range of soil conditions.  Dark green leaves change to rich purple-red and orange in the fall.

The foliage is a glossy, dark green with slight serration.  In spring the tree is a mass of large clusters of white flowers.  In fall the leaves turn shades of crimson and purple.  Well adapted to adverse city growning conditions.
